We're Hiring: GSE Mechanics - Schiphol Airport, Netherlands OTE up to €70,000

Are you an experienced Mechanic with a background in HGV, bus, truck, or heavy vehicle maintenance?

We're partnering with a leading international Ground Support Equipment (GSE) provider expanding its operations at Schiphol Airport and actively seeking skilled GSE Mechanics to join their expert maintenance team.

️ The Role Includes:

• Maintenance and repair of diesel-powered GSE (baggage loaders, tow tractors, stair trucks)
• ️ Diagnostics and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Service of electric airport vehicles including airside buses
• Interpreting technical diagrams and electrical schematics
• Supporting breakdowns and delivering routine/preventative maintenance on-site

The Package:

• Approx. net salary of €3,300/month ( €43,000/year)
• OTE up to €70,000 with additional hours and overtime
• Permanent or temp-to-perm contract options
• ️ 38-hour standard contract (typically working 40 hours/week)
• Overtime available for those eligible for airside security clearance
• Relocation support available within the EU

Ideal Background:

• Strong mechanical experience with HGVs, buses, plant machinery, or heavy-duty vehicles
• Skilled in hydraulic systems and confident reading schematics
• Hands-on, reliable, and safety-focused
• ️ Previous GSE experience is a bonus - but not essential
• Must be eligible for Dutch airport security clearance

Requirements:

• Recognised qualifications in mechanical or automotive engineering
• Full EU driving licence
• EU passport or full EU right to work (essential)
• Based in the Netherlands or open to relocating to Schiphol
• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred
