Money Advice Caseworker

Contract Fixed term contract, until 31 March 2027

Citizens Advice Mid Mercia is seeking a Money Advice Caseworker to provide high-quality casework and financial capability support to clients experiencing financial difficulties.

The role involves advising clients on budgeting, income maximisation, benefit entitlement, and managing household bills. The role may require a flexible approach to working, including attendance at office locations and occasional work in the community, depending on service needs and commissioner requirements.
