Money Advice & Client Support Specialist

BRADFORD CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU is seeking a dedicated advisor to assist clients with debt advice, information and guidance. You will act as a first point of contact across channels, help clients complete budgets, and coordinate appointments with advisers.

You will gather information from creditors, support breathing space applications and ensure accurate case records in Casebook. Strong communication and data protection awareness are essential, as is a proactive, team-oriented approach.
