Module Process Engineer (MDP)

We are seeking an experienced PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) process engineer to join our consulting team to support 300mm semiconductor wafer processing in high volume manufacturing. This role is based at our Co. Kildare campus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customer and Field Service Organization team to meet CSA performance KPIs.
• Resolve hardware and process issues utilizing systematic troubleshooting methodology (DoEs, FDC, Analytics, etc.).
• Engage with customers to understand issues, interpret technology/service needs, and identify opportunities for Applied service engagement.
• Work closely with customers and local service team to meet service agreement performance indicators/entitlements.
• Collaborate with service business unit and service products development team to develop and transfer service products to customers, including on-site optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or comparable field.
• 7-10 years of experience in semiconductors.
• In-depth knowledge of 300mm PVD process and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services.
• Multi-cultural and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teamwork experience.
• Travel up to 20%.
