Modern Workplace Engineer

We are currently recruiting a Modern Workplace Engineer on behalf of one of our leading clients. In this role, you will support the client's customers in getting the most out of their modern workplace environments. You will be involved in maintaining and optimising Microsoft 365 solutions and helping to implement improvements across cloud and hybrid environments.

You will work on varied projects both on site and remotely, collaborating closely with an experienced internal team who will guide and support your development. The client also offers training and certification opportunities to help you grow into a more senior or consultant-level role.

What you will do

• Maintain and manage existing Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud environments
• Implement changes and updates in solutions such as Microsoft Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Entra ID
• Support end customers with operational and technical challenges in their modern workplace environments
• Collaborate with internal team members to continuously develop your knowledge and skills
• Prepare for future growth into a senior or consultant role

What you bring

• HBO working and thinking level
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory is an advantage
• Curiosity, customer focus, and strong communication skills
• Enthusiasm to learn and take on new challenges
• No prior work experience or certifications required - the client will support your training and development
