Mobility Manager

Meogroup Belgium is currently recruiting on behalf of one of its clients - a leading player in the services industry, known for its dynamic environment and forward-thinking approach to sustainability and innovation.

We are looking for a Mobility Manager to drive the company's mobility strategy and optimize their transportation ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the company's mobility policies, including electrification and flexible working solutions.
• Lead the coordination and supervision of a large fleet ( 1500 vehicles) and related mobility assets.
• Optimize cost efficiency and sustainability through smart vendor partnerships and mobility budget implementation.
• Monitor usage and performance via data analysis and reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate on operational support tasks (e.g., fuel cards, subscriptions, logistics, driver coaching).

Desired Profile:

• Proven experience in mobility/fleet management with a strong grasp of evolving mobility trends.
• Skilled in contract negotiation, policy implementation, and stakeholder communication.
• Analytical mindset with solid reporting and budgeting capabilities.
• Able to manage confidential data with discretion and work independently under pressure.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written).
