About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Powered Access Technician to join a growing and dynamic team. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about maintaining high standards, delivering excellent service, and ensuring equipment remains safe, compliant, and fully operational.

As a Powered Access Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, testing, and configuring a range of powered access equipment while consistently delivering outstanding levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and repairs on powered access equipment.
• Complete installation and termination work where required.
• Perform testing and configuration of equipment.
• Undertake energy management configuration activities.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality, and compliance.
• Work safely and in accordance with company procedures and industry regulations.
• Support colleagues and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Plant Maintenance, Powered Access Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• Alternatively, a minimum of 2 years' proven engineering experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
