Mobile Plumbing & Facilities Technician

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled facilities technician for day-to-day reactive and planned maintenance on a prestigious contract in Dublin. The role covers pumps, AHUs, lighting, building fabric, and general services, with on-call and shift requirements.

You will operate the CMMS/CAFM system, perform both reactive and preventative maintenance, and contribute to asset lists, risk assessments, and project support with stakeholders on site.
