Location- Hampshire

Monday to Friday - 40 hours

Salary £31,000 to £35,000 (depending on experience)

Temp to Permanent

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer working on a contract based within Hampshire, Handling all maintenance issues on Commercial plant equipment within commercial environments

Duties as the Multi Skilled Engineer will include:

• Check and inspection of electrical/mechanical building plant equipment (chillers, AHU, HVAC, FCU, cooling towers, boilers etc )
• Respond to re-active works.
• Carry out routine maintenance ppms & electrical ppms

Desirable

• Minimum of Electrical/Mechanical City & Guilds, Part 1 and 2 or 'A' and 'B or equivalent, BMS experience and Multi-skilling capability within building services is desirable
• Certified in 17th/ 18th edition
