Responsibilities

• Support in daily operations across café, hospitality and staff dining in various locations, offering cover during holidays, absence and new mobilisation.
• Build relationships with clients, customers and team members.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to across all locations.
• Develop and execute operational strategies.
• Oversee location finances.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• Contract Catering experience from the B&I market with a finger on food trend.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth understanding of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
• Outstanding problem solving and decision making capabilities.
