Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, and responsible team player to join us as a Mobile Device Management Administrator. The role involves procurement, deployment, and inventory management of mobile devices.

Contract Duration: 6 months fixed term

Responsibilities:

• Maintain physical inventory of mobile devices and update deployment records
• Create and maintain reports related to mobile devices
• Manage cellular plans for phones and MiFis
• Troubleshoot device, connectivity, and application issues
• Manage Apple Business Manager account

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience managing mobile devices
• Experience with iOS Apple Devices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to learn and support new systems and applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or technical equivalent from a two-year college
• Experience with MDM platforms such as MobileIron and Intune
• Experience working with cellular carriers
• Experience with MS Windows-based computers and applications
• Basic understanding of how different IT systems interact
