Mobile Cleaning Supervisor

We're looking for a Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and managing a cleaning team across multiple client sites.

Contract: Permanent
Type of Employment: Full Time
Hours: 35 hours per week
Rate of Pay: £13.21 per hour
Shift pattern: Early and late shifts
Location: Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Newsam Centre, Seacroft Hospital, York Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire, England, LS14 6UH

Role Responsibilities

• Manage a cleaning team, including recruitment, training, and development
• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard
• Ensure staff follow task schedules and Health & Safety procedures
• Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels
• Handle issues professionally and escalation to line manager when needed
