Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - Nottingham

Job Description

We are looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join our maintenance team supporting a retail contract in Nottingham.

Responsibilities

The Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible for HVAC and building maintenance, including PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive repairs to air conditioning systems and infrastructure. They will also rectify hot/cold issues by adjusting BMS systems, perform mechanical maintenance on belts, motors, and valves, and carry out minor installation work. The role requires engaging with stakeholders to provide fault diagnostics when necessary.

Essential Qualifications/Skills

• Proven building maintenance experience
• Recognised NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning
• F-GAS 2079 CAT1
• Ability to work at heights, on roofs, steps, ladders, and in MEWPs
• Ability to operate and control the CAFM system via iPad
