The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for 2 Multi-Skilled Engineers to join a leading facilities and maintenance operation on a static site in Raunds. Working as part of the on-site engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a busy commercial environment.This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive engineer who can work independently while ensuring compliance, safety, and service standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
• Perform general building fabric maintenance where required.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with statutory regulations and site compliance requirements.
• Accurately complete maintenance records and documentation.
• Meet agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.
• Promote and maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.

Requirements

• Recognised Electrical or Mechanical qualification.
• Previous experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role.
• Strong understanding of building services and M&E systems.
• Experience carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance.
• Ability to work within strict compliance and SLA-driven environments.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
