Reporting To: Store Manager

Location: Bird & Blend - Bluewater

Contract Type: Fixed Term - until January 2027

Hours per week: 32 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Ensure the customer experience is delivered by leading by example and encouraging the team to follow.
• Oversee the smooth running of the store, including opening and closing, communicating targets to the team, and ensuring store and health and safety standards are met.
• Communicate clearly with the Store and Assistant Store Manager to ensure the store runs effectively and daily, weekly, and monthly tasks are completed.
• Delegate tasks to team members, follow up, and report completion to the Store and Assistant Manager.
• Keep the store full, clean, and tidy at all times.
• Manage stock accurately, including wastage and incoming stock.
• Ensure store samples are relevant, tasty, and displayed in a clean and organized manner.
• Maintain the kitchen and ensure all ingredients and non-consumables are available.
• Support the team with inquiries or issues in the absence of a manager and implement business changes as communicated in that absence.
• Complete ad hoc tasks as delegated by your manager.
