Atop Hampton by Hilton Canterbury, we're creating a rooftop social space that brings together bold food concepts, standout drinks and a place where people come to play, connect and stay a little longer. Think pop-up food experiences with the infamous Notorious BRG, drinks curated by expert mixologists, and an atmosphere built for good energy, good music and even better company.

Responsibilities

• Mix cocktails and serve drinks to guests in a fast paced rooftop environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front of house teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety and health standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender.
• Strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
