  • Carry out first off inspections and ongoing quality checks using measuring equipment, including CMM machinery.
  • Identify and resolve machining or tooling issues to minimise scrap and downtime.
  • Maintain machines and work area to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Work to production schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Apprenticeship or NVQ Level3 (or equivalent) in Engineering / CNC Machining preferred.
  • Relevant manufacturing or machining certifications advantageous.
  • Proven experience operating Mazak CNC machines.
  • Strong background in 3 axis and 4 axis machining.

  • Strong understanding of cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and tool life management.
  • Excellent ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
  • Competent with precision measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, CMM awareness).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Shift Schedule

You will work Monday - Thursday 10pm - 6am and Friday 4pm - 9pm. Shift allowance is 33%.
