Migration Project Manager - Brussels (Hybrid) - 12 Months

A leading Belgian utilities provider is seeking a Project Manager to drive a major system migration and transition program within their operational landscape. This role will focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholder alignment across FR/NL/EN groups, steering data migration activities, and safeguarding delivery quality, security, and compliance throughout the end-to-end transformation.

Requirements:

* Lead a major data migration & transition program within the Belgian utilities sector.

* Strong experience in Belgian utilities processes (metering, billing, market flows, regulations).

* Fluency in French, Dutch, and English (stakeholder workshops + decision making).

* Coordinate functional & technical teams; ensure timely, quality delivery.

* Define and validate migration strategy, mapping, scripts, and cutover plan.

* Oversee dry runs, ETL quality, and end-to-end test management.

* Ensure alignment with GDPR and cybersecurity requirements.

* Drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate cross-team decisions.

* Ensure solution quality and adherence to governance & standards.

Details for Migration Project Manager role:

* Start Date: As soon as possible

* Duration: 12 months (with potential extension)

* Location: On-site 2x per week

* Contract Type: Freelance/Independent Contractor
