Middleware Integration Developer - AI-Native APIs - Domain Microservices - Hybrid Cloud Orchestration

You will be working onsite in Malaga delivering next-generation Back End and Middleware capabilities for a global enterprise financial services platform operating within a secure, cloud-native ecosystem.

Experience Key Skills:

Backend & Middleware Engineering: Must have experience designing, building, and owning Back End microservices within domain-driven environments (Payments, Collections, Cash Management), operating across distributed, cloud-native and hybrid-cloud infrastructures.

Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of RESTful API design using OpenAPI 3.1 and AsyncAPI, OAuth 2.1/OIDC/mTLS security models, JWT handling, event-driven architecture (Apache Kafka, Kafka Streams), schema governance (Avro/JSON), and enterprise API gateway management (Apigee Hybrid/Azure APIM).

Hybrid Cloud & Automation: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS primary, GKE supported), Docker, service mesh (Istio/Linkerd), CI/CD (GitHub Actions), GitOps (ArgoCD), and infrastructure-as-code tooling (Terraform/Packer) for scalable and automated deployments.

AI-Native Observability & Platform Automation: Experience with AI-driven observability and Back End automation including Datadog AI, Dynatrace Davis, Prometheus, ELK, vector databases, RAG-enabled services, semantic enrichment, LLM-based validation/testing, and governed LLMOps practices.

Industry & Compliance: Proven experience within global financial or enterprise platforms, with knowledge of PSD2, GDPR, DORA, and enterprise governance frameworks.
