Salary: £14.87 per hour
Hours: 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent Term Time

Role Purpose

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to assist our team as a Midday Assistant. The postholder will assist in maintaining the safety, wellbeing and effective supervision of pupils during the lunchtime period, ensuring a positive, caring and inclusive environment in which pupils can enjoy their break safely and confidently.

The post holder will help create a positive, caring and inclusive environment, encouraging good behaviour and positive social interaction while ensuring the welfare of pupils at all times. As a valued member of the Oakfields Preparatory School community, you will uphold the school's values, policies and high standards of professional conduct, contributing to a happy and safe lunchtime experience for all pupils.
