Graphic Designer - BNF Hospitality, London. We are seeking a talented mid-level Graphic Designer to join our central support team at head office in London. This newly created role will work across all BNF Hospitality brands in the UK and internationally, supporting the marketing and operations teams to deliver high-quality, consistent design across every touchpoint. As part of our growing in-house creative and marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our brands are presented visually - from menus and signage to digital content, campaigns, and events. The role requires both strong creative instincts and practical execution skills, balancing an understanding of brand identity with the ability to deliver multiple projects on time and to a high standard. This is a full-time position based at our central London office, working alongside the wider marketing and creative team.
Key Responsibilities Design & Branding- Develop and execute design solutions across print and digital platforms, including menus, signage, promotional materials, social media assets, and website graphics.
- Ensure all design work aligns with and enhances each brand's established visual identity.
- Translate brand guidelines into compelling visual executions that reinforce brand positioning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for campaigns, events, and seasonal activations.
- Manage production of printed materials, liaising with printers, suppliers, and external partners.
- Create graphics and layouts for websites, email campaigns, and digital marketing.
- Develop visually engaging assets for social media channels, optimised for each platform.
- Support the web development team with creative input and design resources.
- Stay informed on digital design trends and best practices, applying them to maintain fresh, innovative outputs.
- Work closely with the Marketing Director, marketing managers, restaurant GMs, chefs, events teams, and content creators.
- Help manage external creative resources, such as photographers, illustrators, and freelance designers.
- Juggle the needs of multiple brands and stakeholders, prioritising effectively when deadlines compete.
- Organise and maintain a digital asset library for all brands, ensuring files are easy to access and archive.
- Contribute to managing design budgets for branding and collateral.
- Produce research reports, insights, and mood boards to support creative planning.
- Track and report on design projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- At least three years of professional design experience, ideally within the luxury, hospitality, fashion, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design work across both print and digital media.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent visual, communication, and presentation skills.
- A strong eye for detail, typography, colour, and layout.
- Ability to balance creativity with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, solutions-driven team player who is confident working independently and collaboratively.
- Strategic thinking with an ability to understand business goals and translate them into creative outputs.
- Calm under pressure, able to navigate competing priorities across multiple brands.
