MID BACKEND DEVELOPER (JAVA)

• Join our international development team working on a high-impact project for a leading automotive client.
• As a backend developer, you'll take part in designing and implementing scalable microservices based on Java Spring Boot, using modern infrastructure and deployment approaches.
• You will work with Kafka for distributed messaging and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and CDK.
• The role involves hands-on development in an AWS-based environment with a strong focus on clean code, performance, and DevOps best practices.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed university degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, or a comparable field.
• 4+ years of experience as a backend developer in commercial projects.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot (v4).
• Experience with Kafka for event-driven architectures.
• Solid knowledge of AWS services.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools, especially Terraform and CDK.
• Practical understanding of clean code, testing, and microservice patterns.
• Good command of English (working in an international environment).
• Openness to hybrid work model with occasional visits to our Katowice office.
