We're looking for a Technical professional to design and develop usage analytics solutions across Microsoft Viva modules (Connections, Engage, Insights, Learning, Goals, and Topics). The role involves building automated data pipelines, dashboards, and insights to measure adoption, engagement, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement analytics solutions to track usage across all Microsoft Viva modules.
• Integrate data from Microsoft Graph, Viva Insights, and Microsoft 365 usage reports.
• Build interactive dashboards in Power BI for executive and functional reporting.
• Automate data extraction and transformation using Power Automate, Azure Data Factory, or similar tools.
• Define key metrics and KPIs for employee engagement, learning, productivity, and goal alignment.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational and privacy standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Power BI, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Automate or Azure Data Factory.
• Understanding of Microsoft Viva ecosystem and Microsoft 365 analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and dashboard design.
• Knowledge of data governance and privacy best practices.

Preferred:

• Experience with Viva Insights/Workplace Analytics or HR analytics.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Lake/Synapse environments.
