Your mission Design and challenge the architecture of Microsoft Teams telephony X countries (Connect, Direct Routing, Calling Plans, on-prem / managed SBC). Deploy and configure Teams telephony X multi-subsidiary scale (emergency number plans, Call Queues, Auto voice policies). Integrate and secure SBC and trunks (routing, SIP, QoS, testing, and validation). Provide expert L3 support on complex incidents (voice, routing, devices). Support and coordinate local IT teams and partners with structured skills transfer (L2/L3). Your profile Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in unified telephony, with confirmed expertise in Microsoft Teams including mastery of Teams X, Connect, Direct Routing, SBC (AudioCodes, Ribbon, or equivalent). Excellent understanding of VoIP environments (SIP, RTP, codecs, QoS, survivability). Ability to operate in multi-site contexts and manage deployments. Fluency in professional French and English.
