️ Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (4 Days per month)

I'm currently supporting a global FinTech organization that blends empathy, technology, and data to create seamless financial experiences for millions of customers. Operating across 11 countries with 4,000+ employees, this team is shaping the future of flexible payments and customer interaction.

They are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to drive the evolution of their customer service ecosystem-integrating AI tools, optimizing system performance, and helping transition from legacy platforms to a scalable, future-ready solution.

Role Overview

In this role, you will become a key technical expert for the organization's Dynamics 365 Contact Center environment. You'll design and configure solutions, build smart integrations, deploy AI capabilities, and ensure systems run smoothly at scale.

You'll work closely with IT, DevOps, and business teams across Europe to deliver stable, intelligent, and high-performing customer service platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Configuration: Build scalable configurations within Dynamics 365 Contact Center, ensuring stability, performance, and great user experience.
  • Integration & Automation: Develop Power Automate workflows, custom connectors, and backend integrations.
  • AI Enablement: Deploy and optimize AI-driven tools (Copilot, chatbots, virtual agents) to elevate customer interactions.
  • Migration Leadership: Drive technical components of migrations from legacy systems - including data mapping, transformation, and validation.
  • System Health & Support: Monitor performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize system reliability.
  • Security Management: Maintain user roles, permissions, and security controls aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, DevOps, and support teams to continuously improve platform capabilities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven hands-on experience configuring and developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Azure services
  • Experience with AI technologies in customer service environments (Copilot, chatbots, automation tools)
  • Understanding of security, compliance, and RBAC frameworks
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
