MHE Training Specialist - Safety & On Floor Coaching

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Northampton is seeking two MHE Trainers to join our new retail distribution operation. This 37.5-hour role operates on a rotating any 5 from 7 shift pattern, delivering high-quality MHE training to ensure colleagues are competent and compliant.

You'll train on LLOP, PPT and other equipment, conduct assessments, and support inductions and coaching across site while maintaining training records to meet compliance standards.
