MGA Reinsurance Design Lead

IDEX Consulting Ltd. is seeking a senior reinsurance buyer to design and place quota share, XL and the full proportional/non-proportional toolkit across a book that changes with every new MGA partner.

You will build international reinsurer and broker panel relationships, prepare submissions, and help influence structure and capacity with underwriting and senior leadership to decide partnerships. Renewal season remains renewal season, and onboarding a new MGA on launch date brings variety.
