Pay Rate: £14.00 - 14.50 p/h per hour
Hours: 39.5 hours per week
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Metal Assembly Operative to join a growing manufacturing business in Dromore. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with previous assembly, manufacturing, or workshop experience who is looking for a long-term career opportunity.

Key Duties

• Assemble metal products and components using hand and power tools.
• Read and work from technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Measure, fit, and secure components to required specifications.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
• Perform basic drilling, fastening, and finishing tasks.
• Maintain a safe and organised working environment.
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.

Essential Criteria

• Previous experience within a manufacturing, assembly, or workshop environment.
• Ability to use hand and power tools confidently.
• Experience reading technical drawings or assembly instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
