Responsibilities- Design, build and maintain manufacturing apps using the Tulip no-code/low-code platform.
- Define requirements, design, develop; work alongside 3rd party app developer and on-site stakeholders.
- Deliver paperless solutions driven from business requirements; skill mix from requirements gathering to testing to support.
- Configure and support interfaces to other systems (ERP, Automation, Lab systems) that MES interacts with.
- Produce high-quality, well-documented configuration that is easily maintainable.
- Investigate and troubleshoot problems; determine solutions or recommendations for changes and/or improvements.
- Implement system design changes in accordance with company Quality Standards and Practices.
- Translate business requirements into design and perform testing of new MES recipes and changes.
- Generate computer system validation documentation in accordance with site procedures and GMP guidelines.
- Recognize the importance of quality control in pharmaceutical production; display high integrity.
- Relate well to others within and outside the MES Team.
- Experience in Tulip MES; GMP essential. Minimum 2 years in a regulated environment.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience supporting IT applications.
- Design, develop and deploy Tulip apps for production assembly, quality control and logistics workflows; integrate Tulip with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), SCADA/PLC devices, barcode scanners, vision systems and other IIoT equipment.
- Build Tulip dashboards and analytics to provide real-time visibility of KPIs such as OEE, cycle time, yield, defect rate.
- Translate business and engineering requirements into Tulip app logic, step sequences and data models.
- Manage app versioning, change control and release processes.
- MS SQL Server experience is advantageous.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to build relationships cross-functionally.
- Highly motivated, delivery-focused, with experience working across multiple business and functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
