MES Analyst

*MES Consultant (Werum PAS-X) - 6-12 months B2B Contract - Switzerland - Hybrid*

RED has a new contract opportunity for an MES Consultant (Werum PAS-X) to join one of our key global partners supporting manufacturing and laboratory systems for a leading global organisation operating in a regulated environment.

The initial contract will be for 6 months with a strong possibility of extension up-to 12 months.

This contract is to start ASAP and will be hybrid, with 2-3 days per week on site in Northern Switzerland.

Specific skills/experience required:

• 5+ years of experience supporting MES, manufacturing applications, or manufacturing IT environments.
• Strong IT infrastructure experience, including Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft SQL Server administration.
• Hands-on experience with Werum PAS-X or a comparable Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Experience supporting, maintaining, configuring, and optimizing manufacturing and laboratory systems.
• Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience working within regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences, biotechnology, or medical devices.
• Familiarity with GxP, SOX, EHS, or other compliance-driven environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management experience, working across local and global support teams.
• Experience supporting system integrations and user access management activities.
• Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
• Availability to participate in on-call support activities when required.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Able to join within a short notice period.
