Salary: £25,207 p.a. - £25,571 p.a. (Pro Rata) - MYA Grade 3 Pt. 11-12.

Reporting to: Line Manager.

You'll help aspiring artists navigate the music industry, refine their performance and production skills, build confidence, and create clear career strategies.

Acting as both a role model and a trusted sounding board, you'll foster growth and professional development through meaningful, often long-term relationships.

The post holder must hold a relevant qualification to at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a subject related to young people.
