JOB DESCRIPTION

The selected candidate will support both new business generation and live deal execution, assisting in the preparation of marketing and execution materials such as teasers, information memorandums, and management presentations (in both English and Spanish).

Responsibilities also include conducting industry and company research, preparing market and comparable benchmarks, supporting valuation analyses, and collaborating closely with the team throughout ongoing processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Strong academic background.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of accounting and finance.
• Solid analytical skills.
• Team worker with positive, flexible and proactive attitude.
• Capacity to work efficiently and independently in a timely manner and used to work with tight deadlines.
• Strong linguistic skills in English and Spanish (both spoken and written). Chinese will be positively valued.
• Previous experience in similar positions (Corporate Finance, ECM, M&A, Private Equity, or Corporate Development) will be positively valued.
• Advanced skills with Word/Excel/Powerpoint. Experience with Bloomberg/Capital IQ/Orbis/Mergermarket, etc. will be valued.
