Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

What You'll Do Forward Order Management- Prepare essential information for customer meetings, reviewing previous seasons.
- Attend initial customer meetings, take notes, and circulate summaries and action items.
- Set up customer order sheets in Excel with utmost accuracy.
- Add confirmed order quantities to buy plans for the sourcing team.
- Reconcile purchase orders and confirmed orders, ensuring alignment.
- Prepare comprehensive order sheets for sourcing, including customer and size details.
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to ensure correct product and packaging labelling.
- Track orders with the production team, managing the Critical Path and proposing actions for late deliveries.
- Prepare "available to sell" reports for account managers.
- Support sample preparation for meetings.
- Provide the warehouse team with weekly forecasts for timely order bookings.
- Communicate monthly shipping reviews to customers, enabling them to raise core product orders.
- Collate information to aid the account manager in strategizing by brand/customer.
- Manage and support the account coordinator in prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team knowledge.
- Establish and follow new processes, suggesting improvements as needed.
- Identify training requirements and actively participate in development sessions.
- Work towards clear objectives, taking ownership to achieve them.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a diligent work ethic.
- Organised and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical thinker and effective problem solver.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to prioritise effectively.
- Proficient in Excel; SAP experience is a plus but not essential.
