Merchandiser, Womenswear

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a merchandiser to join a contemporary womenswear brand. The brands concept is relaxed glamour, making clothing that is comfortable but elevated, using the best quality fabrics, making a subtle statement from day-wear to evening-wear.

The merchandiser will manage planning, trading, stock clearance and exit strategy. You will manage OTB, monitor stock levels, replenishment, analyse sales data, manage pricing, promotions and markdowns. You will collaborate cross-functionally with buying, marketing and suppliers to ensure product launches are met. You will have experience managing a team.

The ideal candidate will be highly confident with trading, have exceptional analytical skills and have a deep understanding of the womenswear market. You will approach problem-solving tasks with confidence, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. You will have experience managing a team.

In return, the company offers a salary ranging from £45,000 - £55,000, 50% employee discount, pension scheme, life assurance and medical assurance. This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to work from the office three days a week and two from home.
