Merchandiser

Overview

CPM is looking for team members who can join us to place POS (point of sale) and in store media in Asda. Work is part time on every Wednesday night/Thursday morning (average 3 hours per week). £16.94 per hour (including holiday pay). Location: Redhill, United Kingdom, RH11. Store: Asda Crawley SS RH11 7AH.

What will I be doing?

You will place POS in designated parts of the store to support several brands. It is essential to achieve coverage of all POS placements, which you will photograph and report through an online app when completed.

In a typical call you will:

• Sign into the store and introduce yourself to the key store contacts.
• Liaise with the store colleagues to locate the POS previously delivered to the store.
• Place POS (as required) in pre arranged sections of the store. You will use a stepladder to place media at height.

Key requirements for this role

• Must be able to get to the agreed store(s) every Wednesday evening/Thursday morning.
• Calls to be completed between 8 pm on Wednesday and 8 am on Thursday (hours vary each week but will be known in advance).
• Own a smartphone (Android or Apple) to report your visits.
• Happy to place POS at height using a stepladder.
• Confident using and navigating an app based system.
• Ready to work in store, spending several hours navigating around the store and moving heavier boxes of POS or stock as required.
• Have great communication and relationship building skills.

You will be fantastic in this role if

• You have good attention to detail.
• You have experience working with POS previously.

Hours will vary each week and the above is a current guideline on average hours.
