Merchandiser - Stockton-on-Tees, Hartlepool

Overview

Position: Merchandiser (Stockton on Tees, Hartlepool)

Contract type: Flexible, part time zero hour contract

Location: Stockton on Tees / Hartlepool

Pay: £14.24 per hour (includes Holiday Pay)

• Mileage and Travel Time Paid (excluding first and last 10 min/8 miles from home)
• Location Allowance if applicable

Full UK driving licence required, plus use of vehicle. Average of 5 20 hours per week (not guaranteed).

Responsibilities

As an Instore Merchandiser you will bring products to life on the shop floor. You will own your territory, taking responsibility for point of sale placement, stock replenishment and audit. You will:

• Maintain visually impactful displays and keep them on brand.
• Build strong relationships with store colleagues and managers.
• Ensure stock is replenished and displays remain up to date.
• Develop and follow a cost effective journey plan, making every visit count.

You should thrive on autonomy and enjoy engaging with others.

Requirements

• Previous merchandising experience advantageous but not mandatory.
• Friendly, confident personality with a can do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, high integrity and reliability.
• Located within 15 miles of the advertised area.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and make the right decisions under pressure.
• Full commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Right to work in the UK.
