Merchandiser - Redruth

Merchandiser - Redruth - Flexible, part time zero hour contract. Pay Rate: £14.24 per hour (includes Holiday Pay) plus mileage and travel time paid (excluding first and last 10 min/8 miles from home). Location allowance may apply. Full UK driving licence and use of vehicle required. We offer an average of 5-20 hours per week (not guaranteed).

About the role:

As an Instore Merchandiser, you'll bring products to life on the shop floor. You'll own your territory, take care of point of sale placement, stock replenishment, and auditing. You'll maintain high standards, create visually impactful displays, and build relationships with store colleagues and managers. You'll ensure stock is replenished, displays stay on brand, and that every visit is cost effective. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy and enjoys engaging with others.

About you

Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not mandatory. However, you must be:

• A friendly confident personality with a can do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, high integrity and reliability.
• Located within 15 miles of the advertised area.
• Ability to work on one's own initiative and make the right decisions under pressure.
• Full commitment to providing excellent customer service.
