Merchandiser - Porth

Merchandiser - Porth - Flexible, part time zero hour contract pay rate £14.24 per hour (includes Holiday Pay). Mileage and travel time paid (excluding first & last 10 min/8 miles). Full UK driving licence and vehicle use required.

We offer an average of 5 20 hours per week (not guaranteed) across 22,000 retailers.

Role Summary

As an Instore Merchandiser you will bring products to life on the shop floor, own your territory, manage point of sale placement, stock replenishment, auditing, maintain visually impactful displays, and build relationships with store colleagues and managers. You will ensure stock is replenished and displays remain on brand, manage a cost effective journey plan and maximise every visit.

Responsibilities

• Own your assigned territory and manage point of sale placement.
• Replenish stock and perform auditing to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Create and maintain visually impactful displays in line with brand guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and managers.
• Plan cost effective visits and maximise time spent on each visit.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• A friendly, confident personality with a can do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, high integrity and reliability.
• Located within 15 miles of the advertised area.
• Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions under pressure.
• Full commitment to providing excellent customer service.
