An exciting vacancy for a Team Administrator has become available supporting the Specialist and Neighborhood Mental Health services.

As a Band 3 CMHT Administrator, you will play a vital role at the heart of a Specialist Mental Health Team, providing high quality administrative support that helps clinicians deliver effective, compassionate care.
You will be a key point of contact for service users, carers, and professionals, managing referrals, appointments, and patient records with accuracy and sensitivity.
Working closely within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you'll help keep services running smoothly while contributing to a positive experience for those who access and deliver care.
Main duties of the job- Provide essential administrative support to the Clinical Team.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping.
- Minute taking and meeting support.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage phone calls from service users and professionals.
