Job overviewWe are recruiting a Mental Health Practitioner to join our Community Team in Lowestoft.
We welcome applications from newly qualified Practitioners and will support them through their preceptorship and development within the team.

You should be enthusiastic, conscientious, and committed to providing excellent care, demonstrating compassion, empathy, and sensitivity, especially when engaging distressed or challenging service users.

Main dutiesOur focus is on collaborative working and recovery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of non-complex service users.
- Providing holistic support and monitoring for service users and carers.
- Administering depot medication (for Registered Nurses).
- Participating in weekly team meetings, reflective practice sessions, and case formulations.

Person specification Qualifications- Valid registration with NMC or HCPC.
- Mentorship qualification or willingness to undertake training.
- Ability to travel independently.
- CPA implementation.
- Experience in relevant area.
- Experience working within an MDT setting.
