To strengthen teams in the regions of Lausanne, Riviera-Chablais, and the canton of Valais, we are currently seeking a Specialized Nurse in Mental Health. Yourself: You hold a nursing degree or an equivalent recognized by the Red Cross, have supplementary training in nursing (or equivalent), and have field experience in mental health (at least 2 years). Knowledge of the home care sector is a real asset. You possess excellent qualities: kindness, listening, and a sense of teamwork, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to manage stress. You are open and flexible in relation to a mastery of management model, you are proficient with common tools, and you are motivated to learn new skills. You are dynamic, organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritizing under pressure. You wish to engage in an innovative, meaningful, and forward-looking project.
