Mental Health Employment Specialist: Help People Thrive

Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and wear (CNTW) NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an IPS Employment Specialist to work in Sunderland, supporting people with serious mental health challenges to obtain employment. You'll build therapeutic relationships and use evidence-based IPS tools, working from Monkwearmouth Hospital in a busy secondary care pathway.

Training is provided; the role offers mentoring, flexible hours, and a person-centred approach to employment support across NHS services.
