Membership Growth & Recruitment Specialist

To assist the Recruitment and Retention Manager with the development, monitoring, oversight and evaluation of the Union's recruitment and retention strategy. Providing advice on the Union's strategy to ensure it is well understood across the Union and at all levels.

Note: This role supports the recruitment of members, contributing to initiatives and activities aimed at growing and strengthening Union membership.
