The Private Members' Club at 3Arena offers a premium hospitality experience. As a Membership Executive, you will provide personalised support for members and founding partners, manage bookings, and ensure every club visit is memorable. This office based role includes occasional show night responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalised support for members and founding partners via phone and email.
- Use the CRM and ticketing platforms to manage membership accounts and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with the Membership Manager to monitor show sales, manage ticket holds, and maintain accurate updates within the members' online account management system.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information is shared to support daily operations.
- Prepare and distribute member communications in line with the Private Members' Club standards.
- Own the coordination of show preparation activities, ensuring key tasks are completed on schedule.
- Represent the Private Members' Club on show nights, supporting reception operations and ensuring a seamless member experience.
- Take ownership of assigned membership related tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative duties as required.
- Experience in an administrative, customer facing, or membership based role, ideally within a premium hospitality or service led environment (one year of experience preferred).
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence in using digital tools and systems; prior experience with a CRM platform is an advantage.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with members, partners and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive and solutions focused, able to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Excellent time management skills, prioritising and managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to learn and develop.
- Committed to maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional service.
- Flexible, adaptable, and proactive, with a positive "can do" attitude.
