Job Description

Chester Zoo is seeking a dedicated Membership & Adoptions Assistant to join the team. You will help manage memberships and adoptions sales, handle cash and data input, and provide exceptional customer service in a busy visitor environment.

The role includes weekend and bank holiday shifts, with a temporary contract until 31 December 2025. Benefits include staff passes, tickets for friends/family, cycle-to-work, gym discounts and pension contributions.
