Member Care & Claims Specialist

Healix is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support members and providers with claims and pre-authorisation queries in the private medical insurance space. You will coordinate treatment plans and ensure members receive accurate information and timely access to services.

The role emphasises excellent English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous claims handling experience is desirable.
