Role

As a Pharmaceutical Client Services Specialist , you'll be the first point of contact for customers and service partners. This involves coordinating inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely, accurate communication between internal teams and external clients.

You'll play a key role in maintaining service excellence, supporting technical operations , and helping ensure full compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first-line contact for customers, field engineers, and logistics partners.
  • Manage and track customer orders and service requests , ensuring timely, compliant delivery.
  • Provide accurate quotations and order information , following company guidelines.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer cases and service updates in internal systems (CRM/ERP).
  • Support field engineers and sales representatives by coordinating service logistics.
  • Resolve issues efficiently by collaborating across departments (Sales, Logistics, Quality, and Technical Support).
  • Develop strong customer relationships and promote continuous service improvement.
  • Gain product and process knowledge to proactively anticipate customer needs.

Your Profile

  • Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Client Support.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable with phone and email communication in a professional setting.
  • Organized, structured, and proactive with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is a plus.
