Medior Digital Marketing Consultant

We combine deep industry knowledge with creative digital strategies to help biotech, pharma, and medtech companies reach their commercial goals. From our HQ in Rotterdam, we've worked with 100+ clients across Europe and Asia. Since our start in 2020, we've grown to a team of 25+ experts, and we're looking for a new Medior Digital Marketing Consultant to join our journey.

Are you our new Digital Marketing Consultant?

As a Medior Digital Marketing Consultant, you are the primary point of contact for a portfolio of life sciences clients. You'll lead projects, define strategies, and coordinate internal specialists to ensure campaign success. You are responsible for delivering strong results, keeping clients informed, and improving our internal delivery processes. This is a full-time role with significant ownership, growth potential, and collaboration.

These will be your main responsibilities:

• Act as the project lead for several biotech, medtech and pharma clients
• Define and execute digital marketing strategies across channels
• Coordinate project execution with designers, developers, and ad specialists
• Ensure campaigns meet agreed objectives and timelines
• Prepare and present performance reports to clients
• Continuously improve delivery workflows and client satisfaction

This is the profile that we are looking for:

• A Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business or Marketing
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing
• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Elementor, WordPress, and Semrush
• Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• A proactive mindset and desire to grow professionally

• Salary range: €3,000 - €4,000 gross per month
• 8% holiday allowance + 8% monthly pension allowance
• 36-hour workweek (every other Friday off)
• Four weeks per year remote working from abroad
