Medical Staffing Manager

• Degree or equivalent experience
• Specialist knowledge acquired through post graduate short courses, training or equivalent experience, in a relevant field
• Leadership Qualification or equivalent experience
• Demonstrable experience of working autonomously to deliver high quality and evidence-based medical staffing advice and expertise
• Experience in making complex recruitment processes and ideally the appointment process for Consultant Medical Staffing
• Experience in rota development, management and pay processes
• Ability to travel to multiple sites with minimal impact on daily productivity.
