Job Description
Job Title: Medical Science Liaison Haematology/Oncology

Location: Berlin, Germany (Field-based covering Berlin, Brandenburg, and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern)

Salary: €125,000 pa, with company bonus, company car

CK Group are recruiting for a Medical Science Liaison to join a growing global biopharmaceutical company focused on oncology and neuroscience. This is a permanent position based in Berlin, Germany.

Key Account Manager Role:

As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL), you will act as the medical and scientific expert for the Haematology/Oncology therapy area.

You'll support the local Medical Plan through the delivery of high-quality medical education and by fostering relationships with key external experts.

This field-based, non-promotional role plays a key part in facilitating scientific exchange and supporting clinical development and commercialisation activities.

Further Responsibilities will Include:
  • Providing timely, balanced medical information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Delivering educational meetings and congress engagement.
  • Supporting the company s clinical trials and Investigator Initiated Research (IIR) initiatives.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with national and regional Key External Experts (KEEs).
  • Staying current on scientific and clinical developments in oncology, particularly solid tumours (GI and HER2 experience preferred).
  • Supporting market access and positioning of products in national/local protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to support a Key Account Management approach.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Your Background:
  • Scientific degree (Masters/Diploma or higher) in a life sciences discipline.
  • Recent experience in oncology (solid tumours essential; GI-tumours or HER2 preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the German oncology market.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and planning skills.
  • Proven ability to build professional relationships and work cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); German fluency highly advantageous.
  • Motivated, independent, and ethical with a strong attention to detail.
